Daily random call monitoring

Readings are randomly reviewed by the Reader Development Advisor on a daily basis to check the quality of readings made. Readers are sent a recording of their selected call and given constructive feedback on performance. The Readers are then given the opportunity to provide their own feedback, with a form for completion to highlight specific areas for review. These include, for example, how often the Reader referred to the customer by their name and if they have answered customer questions appropriately.
